What is a “bollicao” in Spanish?

A bollicao (also spelled Bollycao) is a soft, sweet bun filled with chocolate cream — a snack many people in Spain grew up eating. It is actually a brand name from the bakery company Bimbo, but the name became so common that people say it for the snack itself, the way English speakers say “Kleenex” for tissues. The word blends bollo (“bun”) and cacao (“cocoa”).
