Bài thi nghe DELF B1 dùng tiếng Pháp đời thường với tốc độ bình thường, và mỗi đoạn ghi âm được phát hai lần. Bạn sẽ nghe một đoạn hội thoại ngắn và hai chương trình radio.

Nên chuẩn bị cho bài thi nghe DELF B1 thế nào?
Trước tiên, bạn cần chắc chắn mình thật sự ở trình độ B1, chứ không còn ở A2. Bạn không cần thông thạo hết B1, nhưng nên cảm thấy thoải mái ở giữa trình độ này. Nếu phần lớn video và bài tập vẫn quá nhanh, hãy lùi lại một trình độ, luyện tai ở đó một thời gian, rồi quay lại.
Trong bài thi, bạn không cần bắt trọn từng từ. Bài thi kiểm tra xem bạn có theo kịp tình huống không: ai đang nói, họ muốn gì, thông điệp chính là gì, và vài chi tiết quan trọng. Bạn sẽ thấy câu hỏi trước khi mỗi đoạn ghi âm bắt đầu, nên tận dụng thời gian đó. Đọc từng câu và tự hỏi mình đang nghe để tìm gì. Một lý do? Một con số? Một vấn đề? Ý kiến của ai đó?
Chọn video đúng trình độ
Video bạn dùng để luyện nghe nên đúng trình độ của bạn. Nếu chúng đầy tiếng lóng và những câu đùa nói nhanh, chúng sẽ khiến bạn rối hơn là giúp ích. Dưới đây là mỗi trình độ nghe như thế nào, để bạn biết mình đang ở đâu và nên tìm loại video nào.
A1: bạn hiểu được những câu chậm, đơn giản về cuộc sống hằng ngày, như gia đình, bạn bè, trường học, sở thích và những thứ xung quanh. Bạn bắt được số, giờ giấc và các thông báo rõ ràng, như giờ trong thông báo ở nhà ga. Ở trình độ này, hãy chọn video có số và giờ giấc, luyện cách nhận ra từng từ đơn lẻ quen thuộc, chưa cần cả câu.
A2: bạn hiểu được từ ngữ và cụm từ về những nhu cầu thiết yếu, như gia đình, mua sắm, chỉ đường, công việc, thể thao, nấu ăn và ăn ngoài. Chọn video về gia đình và cuộc sống thường ngày quanh mình.
B1, trình độ của bạn: bạn hiểu được phần lớn nội dung, miễn là người nói dùng tiếng Pháp chuẩn. Tiếng lóng không giúp ích gì ở đây, chỉ gây khó khăn thêm. Bạn có thể theo dõi ý chính khi ai đó kể chuyện, giải thích một tình huống, hoặc nêu ý kiến. Hãy chọn những video có người kể chuyện, giải thích, hoặc chia sẻ ý kiến về các chủ đề đời thường, với chi tiết nhiều hơn một chút so với A2.
B2, chặng tiếp theo bạn hướng tới: bạn gần như đã độc lập và theo kịp nhiều chủ đề đa dạng, kể cả các lập luận ủng hộ và phản đối một vấn đề. Khi đã sẵn sàng tiến xa hơn, bạn có thể chuyển sang các cuộc tranh luận, phim tài liệu và thảo luận về những vấn đề thật, cùng những câu chuyện dài và phong phú hơn so với B1.
Mỗi bản ghi được phát hai lần
Dùng lần nghe đầu tiên để nắm ý chung. Ai đang nói? Họ đang ở đâu? Giọng họ nghe vui, khó chịu, lo lắng, hay đang cho lời khuyên? Nếu gặp một từ không biết, cứ tiếp tục nghe. Rất thường thì câu trả lời đến từ cả tình huống, chứ không phải chỉ từ một từ đó.
Dùng lần nghe thứ hai để bắt chi tiết: tên, số, giờ giấc, lý do và những khác biệt nhỏ giữa các đáp án. Cẩn thận với đáp án lặp lại một từ bạn nghe được nhưng sai nghĩa. Câu hỏi thường kiểm tra xem bạn có hiểu ý hay không, chứ không phải có nhận ra từ hay không.
Nghe từ phủ định, lời đính chính và từ nối
Đây là chỗ dễ mất điểm nhất. Bài nghe hiếm khi nói “Isabelle là thợ làm tóc.” Mà nói “Isabelle không phải thợ làm tóc, cô ấy là tài xế taxi.” Nếu bỏ lỡ từ “không”, bạn sẽ chọn nhầm đáp án một cách rất tự tin. Hãy luyện tai với những từ nhỏ có thể lật ngược cả câu: “ne... pas”, “mais”, “en fait”, “pas du tout”, và “au contraire”.
Các từ nối cũng quan trọng không kém, và chính chúng là điều phân biệt A2 với B1. Chúng cho bạn biết vì sao điều gì đó xảy ra, nó dẫn đến đâu, và người nói đang cố làm gì. Học cách nghe ra “pourtant”, “en revanche”, “du coup”, “en réalité” và “alors”, rồi một đoạn ghi âm dài sẽ không còn là một bức tường từ ngữ nữa. Bạn bắt đầu theo được hình dạng của nó: đây là nguyên nhân, đây là kết quả, và đây là lúc người nói xoay chiều và nói điều ngược lại.
Luyện tập với đề thi DELF chính thức
Dùng đề thi mẫu DELF B1 miễn phí từ France Éducation International. Bạn sẽ có đề thi dành cho thí sinh, file âm thanh, đáp án và bản chép lời. Làm theo thứ tự sau:
Đọc câu hỏi.
Nghe hai lần.
Trả lời.
Kiểm tra đáp án.
Chỉ sau đó mới đọc bản chép lời.
Bản chép lời giúp ích rất nhiều, nhưng trong phòng thi thật sẽ không ai đưa cho bạn, nên đừng mở nó ra trước khi bạn đã thật sự cố gắng làm bài.
Ghi lại các lỗi sai
Sau mỗi bài tập, ghi lại chỗ mình sai, không chỉ từ mới. Bạn có bỏ lỡ quan điểm của người nói không? Nhầm giữa hai đáp án giống nhau? Nghe nhầm một con số? Bỏ lỡ một từ phủ định hay một lời đính chính? Hiểu từ ngữ nhưng không hiểu tình huống? Mười bài tập với ghi chú trung thực sẽ dạy bạn nhiều hơn ba mươi bài làm vội vàng.
Một tuần luyện tập tốt kết hợp cả hai cách. Xem tiếng Pháp thật ở đúng trình độ hầu hết các ngày để luyện tai, và làm một bài nghe chính thức đầy đủ hai hoặc ba lần một tuần để quen với kỳ thi. Cách này giúp bạn có tai nghe tốt hơn và kỹ năng làm bài, hai điều mà bài thi này đánh giá cao. Vậy nên hãy chọn video cẩn thận, kiên nhẫn với bản thân, và tận hưởng quá trình này.

Còn tùy bạn cần loại nào. Từ tháng 1 năm 2026, B1 là trình độ được yêu cầu cho thẻ cư trú dài hạn của Pháp (carte de résident). Đối với quốc tịch Pháp, trình độ yêu cầu cũng tăng lên cùng lúc, từ B1 lên B2, vậy nếu đó là mục tiêu của bạn thì nên nhắm đến DELF B2 thay vì DELF B1.
Mất bao lâu để đạt trình độ nghe B1?
Điều này phụ thuộc vào việc nghe nhiều hay ít, và tiếng mẹ đẻ gần với tiếng Pháp đến đâu. Không có con số chung nào cả. Cách hữu ích nhất là nghe tiếng Pháp thật mỗi ngày một chút, ở đúng trình độ.
