Làm sao để luyện thi nghe Staatsexamen NT2 Programma I (Luisteren)?
Bài thi nghe NT2 Programma I (Luisteren) dùng tiếng Hà Lan đời thường ở trình độ B1, về công việc, học tập và cuộc sống hằng ngày. Mỗi đoạn chỉ phát một lần, không được nghe lại.
Cách chuẩn bị miễn phí tốt nhất là nghe thật nhiều tiếng Hà Lan thật ở trình độ B1. Bên dưới là gói 99 video B1 miễn phí, ở tốc độ gần với tốc độ thi.

Cô sáng lập Dutch Speaking Academy gần Amsterdam, nơi cô giúp những người nước ngoài hiểu tiếng Hà Lan khá tốt nhưng vẫn chuyển sang tiếng Anh ngay khi có ai bắt chuyện. Từ một giáo viên tiếng Hà Lan
Nên luyện thi nghe NT2 Programma I như thế nào?
Trước tiên, hãy biết trước bài thi sẽ như thế nào. Luisteren kéo dài 90 phút, gồm khoảng 40 câu hỏi trên 5 đoạn nghe trở lên. Mỗi câu có 3 hoặc 4 đáp án, chỉ một đáp án đúng. Bạn có khoảng 25 giây để đọc câu hỏi trước khi đoạn nghe bắt đầu, và 1 đến 3 đoạn là video ngắn. Và mỗi đoạn chỉ phát đúng một lần. Goethe và DELF phát lại một số phần, nhưng bài thi này thì không bao giờ, nên bạn phải bắt được ngay từ lần đầu.
Vì vậy, trước khi đăng ký thi, hãy dành thời gian làm một đề thi thử. Đề thi chính thức miễn phí và bạn có thể làm tại nhà trên máy tính của mình. Điều đó giúp bạn hình dung rõ trình độ, và giúp bạn kiểm tra xem mình đã sẵn sàng chưa.
Luyện tập ở tốc độ thi, không phải tốc độ podcast
Phần nghe trong bài thi khá nhanh. Luyện tập nhiều với đề thi thử và video thật sẽ rất có ích, đồng thời nên dần rời xa các podcast cố tình nói chậm. Những podcast đó rất hay khi bạn mới bắt đầu, nhưng sẽ không giúp tai bạn quen với tốc độ của bài thi.
Những người trong các đoạn nghe nói về công việc, học tập và đời sống hằng ngày với tốc độ họ vẫn dùng khi nói chuyện với bất kỳ ai. Đó là tiếng Hà Lan bình thường, và đó chính là điều bạn nên dành thời gian luyện tập.
Chọn video đúng trình độ, có một chút thử thách
Hãy luyện tập với video đúng trình độ, nhưng chọn những video thử thách khả năng nghe một chút. Nếu mọi thứ đều dễ, bạn chẳng luyện được gì cả. Nếu gần như không hiểu gì, bạn chỉ đang đoán mò.
Nếu có thể, luyện tập với một người Hà Lan hoặc giáo viên, người sẽ hỏi bạn về chi tiết trong tài liệu đang học. Phải trả lời ai đó khiến bạn nghe tập trung hơn nhiều so với khi tự luyện một mình.
Bài luyện nghe 20 giây
Nhiều podcast và video có kèm phụ đề hoặc bản chép lời. Đây là cách tôi thường dùng chúng. Lấy một đoạn ngắn, khoảng 20 giây, rồi luyện theo cách sau:
Nghe một lần mà không nhìn văn bản. Bạn nắm được gì? Chi tiết nào bạn hiểu được?
Nói to lại những gì bạn vừa nghe, hoặc nhờ ai đó hỏi bạn một câu hỏi chi tiết về nội dung đó.
Nghe lại, vẫn không xem văn bản, xem câu trả lời có thay đổi không.
Nghe lần thứ ba trong khi đọc bản ghi chép hoặc phụ đề.
Chuyển sang đoạn tiếp theo và bắt đầu lại.
Làm bài tập này tối đa 30 phút, rồi nghỉ ngơi sau đó. Tập trung cao độ như vậy rất tốn năng lượng, nên chăm sóc bản thân và đừng luyện tập quá sức. Đây là cách rất tốt để luyện nghe và quen với việc lọc ra thông tin bạn cần.
Bạn cũng có thể luyện tập điều này ngoài đời thực
Bạn không cần màn hình để luyện điều này. Trên tàu, khi chờ mua cà phê ở quán quen, hay khi những người xung quanh đang trò chuyện, cứ nghe theo cách đó. Chuyện này nói về điều gì? Họ đã quyết định gì? Tất cả đều có ích.
Người Hà Lan dùng rất nhiều từ đệm
Người Hà Lan hay nói uhm, zeg maar (“kiểu như”), weet je wel (“bạn biết đấy”), nou (“thì”) và hoe zal ik het zeggen (“biết nói sao nhỉ”). Những từ này chỉ để lấp khoảng lặng trong lúc suy nghĩ, và gần như không mang ý nghĩa gì.
Trong bài thi, hãy tập trung vào việc trả lời đúng. Cố gắng lọc bỏ những từ đệm đó và lắng nghe các từ khóa vừa đọc trong câu hỏi.
Một tuần luyện tập tốt cần có cả hai điều này. Xem tiếng Hà Lan thật ở đúng trình độ hầu hết các ngày để tai bạn quen với tốc độ bình thường, và thỉnh thoảng làm một đề thi thử đầy đủ để không bị bất ngờ về định dạng vào ngày thi thật. Hãy kiên nhẫn với bản thân, và tận hưởng quá trình này. Succes!

Vì sao mọi người thi Staatsexamen NT2 Programma I?
Programma I chứng minh trình độ tiếng Hà Lan B1. Mọi người thường cần chứng chỉ này để:
Học ở bậc mbo, hoặc làm việc ở bậc mbo-3 hoặc mbo-4
Nhập tịch (quốc tịch Hà Lan), trong đó bằng NT2 ở trình độ B1 hoặc B2 được công nhận
Hòa nhập (inburgering), trong đó B1-route là lộ trình chuẩn
Bạn muốn học hoặc làm việc ở trình độ hbo hay đại học? Điều đó cần trình độ B2, nên bắt đầu với trang luyện nghe NT2 Programma II.

Đây là 99 video ngắn của người bản ngữ, ở trình độ B1, với tốc độ nói gần với tốc độ thi (khoảng 200 từ/phút). Đây là tiếng Hà Lan chuẩn của Hà Lan, biến thể được dùng trong kỳ thi, không phải tiếng Hà Lan kiểu Flemish của Bỉ. Bài thi nghe trình độ B1 trông như thế nào?
Bài thi nghe (Luisteren) kéo dài 90 phút, gồm khoảng 40 câu hỏi trắc nghiệm dựa trên 5 đoạn nghe trở lên. Mỗi câu có 3 hoặc 4 lựa chọn, và chỉ một đáp án đúng. Programma I và Programma II có cùng định dạng, khác nhau ở trình độ tiếng Hà Lan. Dưới đây là những gì bạn sẽ gặp:
Đoạn âm thanh
Các đoạn ghi âm ngắn về tình huống ở nơi làm việc, trong học tập và trong đời sống hằng ngày, ví dụ như hội thoại, hướng dẫn và bài nói ngắn.

1 đến 3 đoạn là các đoạn phim ngắn (filmpjes), mỗi đoạn có một câu hỏi riêng.

Mỗi đoạn chỉ phát một lần. Âm thanh tự động bắt đầu, không thể tạm dừng hay phát lại.
Bạn có khoảng 25 giây để đọc câu hỏi và các lựa chọn trả lời trước khi mỗi đoạn phát bắt đầu.

Trình độ và từ vựng
Cần trình độ nào và bao nhiêu từ vựng?
Nghe cần ít từ vựng hơn nhiều so với đọc. Nghiên cứu cho thấy khoảng 3000 từ thông dụng nhất chiếm khoảng 95% lời nói hằng ngày, và 1000 từ đầu tiên chiếm phần lớn những gì người ta nói.
Video là cách dễ hiểu nhất, vì hình ảnh giúp bạn đoán nghĩa. Vậy nên bạn không cần vốn từ vựng quá lớn. Bạn cần các từ thông dụng và luyện nghe thật nhiều, đúng trình độ.

Gói luyện nghe NT2 Programma I này được chọn như thế nào?

Nên luyện nghe NT2 Programma I bằng loại video nào?
Nghe tiếng Hà Lan thật, nói ở tốc độ đời thường bình thường, theo tiếng Hà Lan của Hà Lan chứ không phải tiếng Hà Lan Flanders. Chọn các chủ đề công việc, học tập và đời sống hằng ngày mà bài thi sử dụng, như đời sống hằng ngày, du lịch và đi lại, xã hội và thời sự, công việc, sức khỏe and nhà ở. Bạn không cần từ hiếm. Khoảng 3.000 từ thông dụng đã chiếm phần lớn lời nói hằng ngày (Nation 2006), nên nội dung dùng từ giao tiếp thông dụng nhất sẽ sát với đề thi. Cách kết hợp tốt là một bản tin ngắn, một cuộc phỏng vấn, một đoạn hội thoại hằng ngày và một đoạn giải thích rõ ràng, vì các đoạn trong bài thi nghe giống như vậy. Đó chính xác là cách gói 99 video miễn phí ở trên được xây dựng.
Audio nghe NT2 phát một lần hay hai lần?
Một lần. Trong bài thi Staatsexamen NT2 Luisteren, mỗi đoạn chỉ phát một lần, và audio tự động bắt đầu. Một số kỳ thi khác, như Goethe hay DELF, phát lại một số đoạn hai lần, nên đừng mong có cơ hội thứ hai ở đây. Cách chuẩn bị tốt nhất là luyện hiểu một đoạn ghi âm ngay từ lần nghe đầu tiên, không tua lại.
Cần thi Programma I hay Programma II?
Programma I ở trình độ B1. Phù hợp với chương trình học mbo và công việc ở cấp mbo-3 hoặc mbo-4. Programma II ở trình độ B2, phù hợp với học hoặc làm việc ở cấp hbo hay đại học. Cả hai đều được tính cho việc nhập tịch. Bạn không cần đậu Programma I trước khi thi Programma II.
Programma I có đủ để xin quốc tịch Hà Lan (nhập tịch) không?
Có. Để nhập tịch, bạn cần inburgeringsexamen ở trình độ A2, hoặc Staatsexamen NT2 ở trình độ B1 hoặc B2. Bằng Programma I được công nhận, và B1 cao hơn mức tối thiểu A2 một bậc, nên cùng tấm bằng đó cũng chứng minh trình độ tiếng Hà Lan cao hơn cho việc học và làm việc.
Tôi có thể luyện thi miễn phí không?
Có. Cách luyện tập miễn phí giống đề thi thật nhất là môi trường luyện tập NT2 chính thức (oefenomgeving), nơi bạn có thể thử đề thi thật cho cả hai chương trình trên máy tính, kể cả phần Luisteren. Sau đó, cách tốt nhất và miễn phí là nghe nhiều tiếng Hà Lan thật ở đúng trình độ. Hãy bắt đầu với 99 video ở trên, hoặc xem thêm trên YouTube hay ngay tại Reelang.
Thi Staatsexamen NT2 tốn bao nhiêu?
Mỗi phần thi có giá 50 euro, vậy bốn phần của một chương trình đầy đủ (đọc, nghe, viết và nói) tổng cộng 200 euro. Bạn có thể thi từng phần riêng lẻ, và có thể thi lại phần nào chưa đạt.
Video khác gì so với audio sách giáo khoa?
Audio sách giáo khoa thường chậm và rất rõ, do diễn viên đọc cẩn thận. Video thật dùng tốc độ bình thường và giọng nói thật, gần với đề thi hơn. Hình ảnh trong video cũng giúp bạn đoán ra những từ chưa biết. Trong kỳ thi NT2, điều này quan trọng gấp đôi: 1 đến 3 đoạn trong bài thi vốn đã là các đoạn video ngắn.
